PINAR ATLI
Pınar Atlı, born on January 25, 1983 in İzmir, graduated from Fine Arts High School Painting-Sculpture Department she entered in 2001. She won the Interior Architecture Department of the Faculty of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts and instead turned to painting and sculpture and established a workshop under the name Airbrushİzmir in 2001.
She started working in airbrush on motorcycles, cars, and accessories. She also studied Glass and Ceramic sculptures.
Atlı, who opened the 2nd branch of the workplace under the name Airbrushİstanbul in Kadıköy, Istanbul in 2007, continued to work actively in this field until 2010. She has appeared in the press and broadcast many times in this field.
In 2010, she joined Ege University, Department of Ceramics, Glass and Chinese and continued her studies in the field of ceramics. She graduated from the university with the first place.
Simultaneously with the school, with the encouragement of a teacher, she started to work in boutique pastry. After graduation, she decided to continue her career in this field.
After serving as a boutique cake decor chef in Nil Pastry Shop, İnceoğlu Pastries, Bravo Pastries and Sevinç Pastries in İzmir, she left her position in the pastry shop in 2016 and continues to provide airbrush and candy sculpture works and trainings in the place she has been actively using as a personal sculpture workshop for 4 years.
After the awards she received at the 2017 Istanbul Gastronomy Festival, she received the title of Turkish National Team Chief.
Currently, she continues her education in Anadolu University/Culinary Department, is one of the people who make up Turkey's İzmir Boutique Pastry Association and participates in social responsibility projects and provides collective courses in accessible format in the field of boutique pastry in İzmir and surrounding regions with this group.
